Limnaria Villas Apartment is enviably situated on the first floor at the new, luxury Limnaria Villas residential complex in Kato Paphos. Away from the bustle of the main tourist area, yet close to all facilities, Limnaria Villas is situated in beautiful, well-maintained gardens, with benefit of large swimming pool and sunbathing areas.
The apartment is blessed with light throughout the day – (ideal especially to enjoy the winter). The balcony faces south-east round to west and there are windows to the living area round to south and west too. However, there are heat-reflecting shutters throughout, as well. The bedrooms are on the cool side of the building. Limnaria Villas Apartment is fully furnished for four adults; there are also two blow-up mattresses with sleeping bags for two further guests.
The living room has comfortable seating, colour TV, video, and music centre, dining table and chairs, coffee tables and lamps. There are board games, books and video/music tapes to keep you entertained and we also have a selection of tourist information leaflets and maps to help you plan your holiday. We offer both terrestrial and satellite (Hotbird) television.
